Thank you for choosing Boryan!

We offer a 12-month warranty on Nebulisers purchased from the official Boryan online store. The warranty period is 12 months from the date you sign for the product. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at support@boryan.store and we will deal with the warranty on a case-by-case basis, usually with a product replacement.

For official warranty service provided by Boryan, please include the following information in your email:
✔ The order number of the product
✔ Picture/video clip of the product showing the problem
✔ Description of the problem with the product

Please note that we are not responsible for the following situations:
Improper use or installation.

• Damage to the appearance and natural wear and tear, such as parts, casing, etc.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, such as fires, floods, etc.
• Accidents.
• Commercial use.
• Connection to wrong voltage supply.
• Repair/individualisation attempts etc. by unauthorised repair organisations.
