If you need to return an item, please contact us with the order number and reason for the return and we will email you the details of the return address. You need to send the item to our return address and pay the shipping fee. We will complete the refund within 3 days of receiving the item.

If you need to exchange the item, please contact us to tell us the order number and the reason for the exchange, we will inform you the detailed warehouse address by email. You will need to send the item to our warehouse and pay for the shipping cost. We will resend the item to you as soon as we receive it and confirm it is undamaged.
